Historic Buildings For Sale Drop In Price
SIOUX FALLS, SD -

The former School for the Deaf has been for sale for six months and has now dropped in price.

Communication Services for the Deaf is selling the he four buildings and an additional 2.5 acres of land. It was originally listed for $5 million dollars.  Now the asking price is $4.5 million.

The buildings are located on 7.4 acres along E. 10th Street in Sioux Falls. The buildings were constructed between 1885 and 1945.

Bender Commercial, which listed the property, plans to hold an upcoming open house for the buildings.

CSD is selling the property after the demand for its telecommunication relay service declined due to new technology.  Many of the Sioux Falls operations have already been moved to Austin, Texas.
