Helping You Become More Digital

January 31, 2013, 8:17 AM by Kellee Azar

Helping You Become More Digital
SIOUX FALLS, SD -

These days, if you are a business owner, you are probably some what involved in digital media.  But as many in the business field are finding out, sometimes it’s hard to keep up. That's where a new summit is coming in to help.

"The premise of the summit is to have short, quick-hitting sessions on topics like mobile technology, content, emerging media, social media. So, if you are a business owner, a small business owner or a marketing head of a large department, it’s going to be good content about the emerging digital language," President of Click Rain Marketing Paul Ten Haken said.

It's called Trendigital Summit, which will do exactly what the name says: show you digital trends.

"It's hard for business owners, especially to keep on top of digital because it changes so fast and evolves so fast. So, I think this event will give people a good synopsis of, 'Okay, what do I need to be prepared for in the year ahead?,'" Ten Haken said.

The day will be split up into a number of sessions with both local and national speakers.  It took just three weeks for all of the seats for the summit to be spoken for, Ten Haken says there really is no reason why you shouldn't still get involved.

"The cost for this is obviously right because it’s free. So, if you are working or going to be at a computer for the day, pull up the live stream. We have a lot of good speakers that are going to talk about a lot of areas of the digital industry," Ten Haken said.

The Trendigital Summit will begin at 1 p.m. and continue until 5 p.m.. There are six scheduled speakers to be at Thursday’s event.

You can watch it live on KELOLAND.com starting at 1 p.m.
