A Warrant for Execution hearing has been set in the Donald Moeller case.
Moeller was convicted in 1997 for a second time in the 1990 rape and murder of 9-year-old Becky O'Connell.
He was sentenced to death but Moeller has been appealing that verdict. Just last month, the United States Supreme Court affirmed Moeller's conviction.
The hearing to determine the execution date will take place next Wednesday. Attorney General Marty Jackley has requested it to be set within 90 to 120 days.
