Contrary to popular belief, drinking eight glasses of water won't stop wrinkles from forming.
A new study out of the University of California-Berkeley says the outermost layer of skin is already dead, so it can't absorb moisture from inside your body.
The moisture in youth skin depends mainly on outside factors, like the drying effects of soap and bathing, the air, the sun and indoor heating.
But doctors say don't stop drinking water because you still need it to keep you healthy.
