HealthBeat: Tame That Toothbrush

If you think you need to rigorously brush your teeth in order to make plaque perish--you can tame that toothbrush.
A new study says brushing your teeth for two minutes with medium force removes just as much plaque as brushing for five or ten minutes. Scientists say you shouldn't use too much force while brushing because brushing too hard can actually damage your teeth and gums.
