Hamlin County Suspect Turns Himself In To Authorities

A man wanted for grand theft and burglary in Hamlin County is in custody.

The Hamlin County Sheriff's Office says Dallas Steven Starr turned himself in on Sunday in Wall.

Starr was arrested for Felony Grand Theft, Residential Burglary and Felony Intentional Damage to Property.  Another man, Nathaniel Lee Trumble, 21 years old, also faces charges including Failure to Report an Accident with Injuries.

Trumble and Starr are scheduled to be in court on Tuesday.

*Note: The Sheriff's Office corrected the suspect's name from Steven Dallas Starr to Dallas Steven Starr in Monday's update.
