Gettysburg Students Return To Class Amid Construction

Gettysburg students started school on Tuesday and it was a scramble to get some classrooms ready on time.

The district is in the process of building a new high school and contractors worked quickly to finish some of the rooms.

Throughout the school year, a new gym, cafeteria and music rooms will also be built.

Voters approved a bond issue to pay for the new school and donations from the community will help cover some of the costs.
