Sioux Falls Roosevelt came from six points down after three quarters to beat Sturgis 54-50 Friday in a consolation game at the South Dakota girls Class AA basketball tournament.
The Riders (17-7) trailed 37-31 after three quarters but stormed back to advance to the fifth-place game.
Trailing 53-50, Sturgis (9-16) turned the ball over on its final two possessions to ruin any chance it had of pulling out a last-second win.

Kahlie Peterson led the Scoopers with 15 points, 12 rebounds and three assists. Erin Short added 13 points.
