Clark-Willow Lake's Chynna Stevens had a double-double to lead the Cyclones to a 61-34 win over Sioux Falls Christian in the consolation round at the South Dakota girls Class A basketball tournament on Friday.
Steven made eight of 19 shots, a pair of three-pointers and went 4-for-6 from the line for 22 points. She also led Clark-Willow Lake (19-5) in rebounding with 12. The Cyclones turned a 37-25 rebounding edge into a 14-5 advantage in second-chance points.
MacKenzie Huber added 16 points and Mikayla Prouty 10 for C-WL.
Hayley McCarron led Sioux Falls Christian (16-9) with nine points. SFC struggled from the field, hitting just 27 percent and making only one of 13 three-point tries.
