The South Dakota Game, Fish and Parks Department has finalized its goose, duck and turkey hunting seasons.
Commissioners voted at their monthly meeting Thursday to allow hunters to be able to kill 50 light geese a day this season. The previous limit was 20.
The commission also voted to limit the number of fall turkey licenses available to hunters. Hunters can now only get two licenses per person instead of five due a declining turkey population.
Commissioners have also approved this year's bobcat season. There were no recommendations from wildlife officials to make any changes.
