SIOUX FALLS, SD -
Friends and colleagues say the four people killed in a plane crash in Sioux Falls were all pursuing their passions.
The three passengers - 50-year-old Kevin Anderson, of Sioux Falls; 30-year-old Joshua Lambrecht, of Brandon; and 47-year-old Daniel Swets, of Sioux Falls - were flying from Sioux Falls to Rapid City for a youth robotics practice competition when the plane crashed around 2:30 p.m. Friday.
Retired engineer Alan Swanson knew the three men. He tells says that the men shared a love of family, students and education.
Fifty-four-year-old Brian Blake, of Sioux Falls, was piloting the plane. Sioux Falls Civil Air Patrol commander Jerry Foy says Blake was a soft-spoken gentleman and an exceptional leader.
