Free Severe Weather Awareness Training Offered
SIOUX FALLS, SD -

Free Severe Weather Awareness Training is being offered to the public.

Emergency Management Offices from Minnehaha County, Lincoln County and the City of Sioux Falls are teaming up to offer the sessions on Monday, April 21 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

The team will go over weather safety procedures, storm spotting fundamentals, how to report severe weather observations and historical storms in the region.

The sessions are open to anyone free of charge and no registration is necessary.
