Wagner's former police chief has been sentenced for covering up his girlfriend's methamphetamine use.
Jim Chaney was sentenced to six months in jail but that was suspended if he completes 120 hours of community service within the next four months.
Prosecutors had said the 44-year-old hid his girlfriend's used needles in his office.
