A Sioux Falls man is going to jail and will be on probation for stealing from the Famous Dave's restaurant in Sioux Falls.
Thirty-three-year-old James D. Sullivan was an assistant manager at the restaurant when he took money from the cash register over a period of several months. He pleaded guilty to grand theft by embezzlement and must pay back $10,000.
Judge Bradley Zell sentenced Sullivan to a ten year suspended prison sentence. Sullivan will only serve 90 days in jail as long as he doesn't break any more laws for a decade. He'll also be on probation for three years.
