Former Bandidos Leader Arrested

A former president of the Bandidos motorcycle gang's South Dakota chapter is facing federal drug charges.
The Black Hills Fugitive Task Force arrested Scott Anthony Martin in Rapid City Wednesday and lodged methamphetamine charges against him.
He's accused of conspiracy to distribute and possession with intent to distribute meth.
The US Marshal's Office says the warrant for Martin's arrest was issued in Rapid City on February 15th.
Authorities say Martin has firearms and narcotics offenses on his record.

Authorities said a 16-year-old student fired a gun at the school Wednesday morning. Law enforcement said the injury was a flesh wound.

Authorities did not identify the victim, but described him as a 16 year old from Minnehaha County.

The teenager found dead on Interstate 90 has been identified as an O'Gorman High School student.

At 10:45 p.m. Thursday, deputies found a body at Interstate 90 and North Kiwanis Avenue, near the Interstate 29 interchange.
