An early morning fire has heavily damaged the Highway 14 Roadhouse in the eastern South Dakota town of Cavour.
Fire Chief Josh Kogel says the state fire marshal's office has been called in to investigate the cause of the Monday blaze.
Kogel says firefighters were called to the scene shortly after 5 a.m. The brick building has a false front that firefighters had to tear off before they could get to the flames. Kogel says damage to the inside of the bar is far worse than the damage to the outside.
