A St. Onge woman died in a crash that involved four vehicles on Friday, Oct. 26, at the intersection of SD Highway 34 and Center Street in St. Onge.
Quinn Kokesch, age 23, was traveling north on Center Street.
It is reported that Kokesch stopped at the stop sign at the intersection of Center and Highway 34. Martin Olson, 38, of Miller, SD, was traveling west on Highway 34 in a semi and struck Kokesch’s 1990 Chevrolet pickup.
Leon Thurston, 56 of St. Onge, was traveling east on Highway 34 and collided with the semi as it was sliding on the roadway.
Bruce Nordlee, 32 of Rapid City, was also traveling east when his GMC Yukon collided with Nordlee’s vehicle.
Olson, Thurston and Nordlee were uninjured.
