Kenneth M. Bickley of Bruce, SD was driving south on 464th Avenue on Saturday night, March 16, when he failed to stop at a stop sign. His 2000 GMC Jimmy was struck by a 1999 Ford Sport driven by Donald Floyd Krumm also from Bruce, who was driving east on 204th Street.
Bickey was not wearing a seatbelt and was thrown from the vehicle, suffering fatal injuries.
Krumm and his passenger, Joyce Eileen Krumm, were wearing their seatbelts. Donald Krumm was not injured. Joyce Krumm was taken to a Brookings hospital with minor injuries.
The South Dakota Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
