A Sioux Falls family killed in a crash Saturday leaves behind a daughter who was away at college.
Brittany Vollmers is a Northwestern College student in Orange City, IA.
South Dakota Highway Patrol says her parents and two siblings died Saturday during a crash on Interstate 90.
Fifty-two-year-old James Vollmer, along with his wife 48-year-old Julie and children 16-year-old Alyssa and 13-year-old Caleb were in a 2005 Ford Explorer Sport Trac when it lost control and rolled.
Administration confirms both Alyssa and Caleb were students at Sioux Falls Christian School.
A gathering will be held at the school on Sunday from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. for middle and high school students and parents.
