SIOUX FALLS, SD -
Snow sprinkled the ground and the air for the opening of Winter Wonderland at Falls Park Saturday evening, creating a festive ambiance.
Hundreds showed up to see the lights lit for the first time this holiday season.
The Falls Overlook café gave relief to the arctic temperatures. And, the Sioux Falls Humane Society and Sioux Falls Jazz and Blues group provided face painting for the kids inside.
The Singing Boys of Sioux Falls choir set the mood by providing Christmas music throughout evening, adding to the festive feeling.
If you missed the opening ceremonies, you can check out the lights through January 8th.
