An accident on the campus of a Sioux Falls Hospital killed a window cleaner.
Police say the 22-year-old man was working alone on the roof of the Prairie Center at Avera McKennan on Saturday afternoon. He was wearing a harness and was adjusting some equipment it was attached to when the device fell over the side of the building.
A witness went to get help, but the man later died of his injuries.
