SIOUX FALLS, SD -
A prominent regional accounting firm with an office in Sioux Falls is getting a new name.
Eide Bailly has announced plans to merge with Wisconsin-based Wipfli CPA's and Consultants. The joined firm, to be called EB Wipfli, will be among the nation's top 15 accounting firms.
Kevin Doyle of the Sioux Falls office says the merger will allow clients more opportunities and no jobs will be cut in the merger.
"Provide opportunities for employees and partners and have more business opportunities available for them. Really expanding opportunity for everyone. Both our clients and partners and staff," Doyle said.
The newly formed company will be headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
