Driver Who Hit Kids On Bikes Facing 3rd DUI
TEA, SD -

A 30-year-old driver is facing his third DUI and three vehicular battery charges after hitting three kids on bikes Sunday night.

Mark Davis is behind bars after he hit three kids with his truck around 9:30 p.m. Sunday at Sundowner Avenue and 85th Street near Tea.

Authorities say the kids were riding their bikes when they were struck. The extents of their injuries are unknown at this time but all were taken to a local hospital.

The driver was given a sobriety test and arrested.

Davis is expected in court Monday afternoon.
