Driver Accused Of Hitting Pedestrian Intentionally

RAPID CITY, SD -
Police in Rapid City believe the driver of a car intentionally hit a pedestrian Monday evening, sending the victim to the hospital.
Fifty-year-old Calvin Alexander is charged with aggravated assault and DUI.
Police say he hit 28-year-old Ernest Little Thunder just before 6:00 p.m. on E. St. Joseph Street.
Little Thunder has non-life threatening injuries.
Police Sgt. Brian Blenner says Alexander was driving in reverse when he intentionally struck Little Thunder. He says the two men know each other.
