If you celebrate the holidays by having a few drinks, you may want to call a cab or find a sober ride home.
In the coming weeks, law enforcement is stepping up efforts to keep drunk drivers off the roads.
Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over brings out more police officers, Highway Patrol troopers and Sheriff's deputies out on random saturation patrols and sobriety checkpoints.
"We try to make the holiday seasons as happy for everybody that we possibly can and if that means arresting somebody for driving impaired or driving intoxicated that's what we're going to do," Sioux Falls Police Lt. Jerome Miller said.
Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over continues through New Year's Day.
