Dream Home Tours Begin Thursday

Dream Home Tours Begin Thursday
SIOUX FALLS, SD -

Your dream home awaits you in South Sioux Falls.

This week the Home Builder's Association of the Sioux Empire kicks off its dream home tour. It's a brand new event that features six professional built and decorated homes all on one street in Timber Oak Estates.

The homes range in price from $350,000 to more than a million dollars.

“There's a lot of confidence out there now when you got people putting up houses expecting they're going to sell. That tells you there's confidence in the builders and in the buyers,” Kevin Zomermaand with the Dream Home Tour said.

Tours begin Thursday and run Thursday through Saturday from noon to 8 p.m. and on Sundays from noon to 6 p.m. until August 12.

There is a $7 admission charge. Proceeds will go to charity.
