Some people who parked downtown overnight might be missing their cars Sunday, after getting the hook from a tow truck.
The Sioux Falls Street Department is wrapping up its cleanup from last week's 6-inch snowfall.
City crews hauled away the snow overnight from the downtown business district, where vehicles were not allowed to park during the snow alert. But several parking stalls were filled by the Saturday night bar crowd.
The street department says between 20 to 30 cars were ticketed, and police say a handful were towed away.
The street department expects all of the citywide snow removal work to be finished Sunday morning.
