The largest publicly-traded U.S. sporting goods retailer is coming to Sioux Falls.
Friday morning, Dick's Sporting Goods filed a building permit to add on a $4 million anchor store to the Empire Mall.
Construction on the 44,000 square foot building is expected to begin this spring.
There are 511 Dick's Sporting Goods stores in 44 U.S. states.
