You may not find snow on the ground, but it's beginning to look a little like Christmas in downtown Sioux Falls.
Crews are out hanging up red and green wreaths all along Phillips and Main Avenues. The decorations set the stage for a busy weekend downtown.
The Parade of Lights is Friday evening. Shoppers are also expected for Small Business Saturday.
