A Sioux Falls man who drove drunk and hit three children is headed to jail.
30-year-old Mark Davis was found guilty of vehicular battery and a misdemeanor DWI charge. He was sentenced on Monday. Davis must serve 180 days in jail starting the day after Christmas with three years probation.
Davis hit three kids on their bikes back in May. It happened near the intersection of 85th Street and Sundowner Avenue in Lincoln County. The children were treated for minor injuries.
Davis has two previous DUI's on his record.
