South Dakota Gov. Dennis Daugaard says he is almost finished with the budget proposal that he will present to legislators next month.
Daugaard says he has made most of the budget decisions he can make at this time. Meetings with legislative leaders regarding the proposals and details are planned for Monday.
Daugaard's budget speech to legislators is planned for Dec. 4 at the state Capitol in Pierre.
