Dakota Dunes Country Club Is Back Open

DAKOTA DUNES, SD -
Residents will have to wait until spring to hit the links, but the Dakota Dunes Country Club is back open.
The club reopened on Friday after being closed for four months because of Missouri River flooding.
Cleaning and renovating have kept staff busy for the last two weeks as they got ready for the return of nearly 300 members.
The club's Board of Managers President Mindy Krause says the reopening was incredibly emotional, but everyone tried to stay very positive.
The golf course's holes have been reseeded, but areas still need a lot of work before opening up next spring.
