SIOUX FALLS, SD -
Colorado Technical University sent an email to its students on Wednesday alerting them that the school will begin the process of closing its Sioux Falls location over the next three years.
In the letter from the school's president, it says that starting Wednesday, the school is no longer enrolling students.
A gradual process of discontinuing operations or a "teach-out", will now be followed to allow current students to complete their programs.
Enrollment levels and the economy are some of the reasons for the change.
The campus will remain open until September 30, 2016.
