Cropduster Crash In South Dakota Kills Pilot

WHITEWOOD, SD -
The crash of a crop-spraying plane in western South Dakota over the weekend killed the pilot.
Authorities say 64-year-Loren Ring of Rapid City died in the Saturday crash near Whitewood. The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating.
The pilot was the only person aboard the small Piper PA-25 plane.

The driver of the second vehicle, 28-year-old Ryan Hrubes, died along with passengers Theresa Schenzel, 59, and Tyler Schenzel, 54.

According to The Hope Center for Kids, Ty and Terri Schenzel were killed in a car crash earlier this week.
