Costco has officially purchased the land it where it will build its Sioux Falls store.
The retailer closed on the 15 acre, $4 million deal with Dunham Company on Wednesday.
Costco will build along Grange at the old Williams Pipeline site by 41st Street. Construction will start May 1, with a planned opening for October.
Costco will hire 300 workers in Sioux Falls.
Dunham is building a 264 apartment complex behind the store with underground parking and will break ground this summer on that project.
