City of Sioux Falls Spraying For Mosquitoes Tuesday

If weather conditions permit, the City of Sioux Falls Health Department will be spraying for mosquitoes in targeted areas of Sioux Falls Tuesday night.

Sioux Falls zones 5, 6, 8, 9, 14 and 17 are scheduled for spraying between 8 p.m. and 1 a.m. You can find a map outlining the targeted spray zones on the City of Sioux Falls website.

This targeted spray effort is being conducted in response to increased numbers of mosquito populations.

Updates will be placed on the city’s website as the spraying progresses.

If you’d like to report local concerns on mosquitoes or standing water, call the automated mosquito reporting hotline at (605) 367-8799.
