City Looking For Float Entries For Fourth Of July Parade

Sioux Falls is looking for float entries in the 2014 Fourth of July Parade.

Those encouraged to enter include:

  • Local Businesses
  • Civic Organizations
  • Military Groups
  • Marching Bands
  • Clubs

Registration information can be found at the City’s Website.

Entry check in for the parade is at the intersection of Main Avenue and 10th Street at 7:30 a.m with the parade starting at 10 a.m. There will be a free picnic at Falls Park starting at 11 a.m.

The City also wants kids to decorate their bikes and participate in the event. Line-up for child entries starts at 9:30 a.m. at the Sioux Falls Transit parking lot at Sixth Street and Weber Avenue. Registration is not needed for kids.
