City Announces Events Center Sponsors

Title sponsors for the new Sioux Falls Events Center have been named.

First PREMIER Bank, PREMIER Bankcard and Sanford Health are the names on the agreement, which must be approved by the city council.

The city has said the money it gets from the sponsors will help pay for operations at the Events Center.  Ground-breaking on the $115 million facility is scheduled for later in August.

The city will introduce the title sponsors and provide additional details on the deal at a news conference on Thursday.
