The South Dakota Child Identification Program along with MASONICHIP is hosting an event in Worthing on Saturday, June 28 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The event is part of a program generates packages of various identifying items of children, given to parents to use in case their child goes missing.
Materials collected include:
- Dental Impressions
- DNA Cheek Swab
- Digital Still Photo
- Video Interview
The kit aids law enforcement in the recovery of a missing child and is offered to the public for free.

This program is a kit that is collected for parents to take with them. There are no microchips involved.
