A man accused of murdering a woman in Chicago has waived extradition from South Dakota and voluntarily agreed to be returned to that city to face prosecution.
The Brown County Sheriff's Office says 29-year-old Daniel Neasom likely will be transported to Illinois next week.
Neasom is accused of pushing his girlfriend, Cynthia Barnes, out the window of his third-floor apartment in Chicago after an argument in July 2011. He was arrested in late January in Aberdeen. Court documents indicate he came there to live with a family member.
