SIOUX FALLS, SD -
Benjamin Carter, one of the two men accused of killing a Sioux Falls man last month, returned to court Monday, this time on murder charges.
He's suspected of kidnapping and killing Joseph Cynkar and then burning down his home. Cynkar's body was found in a wooded area near the Iowa border.
Carter's co-defendant, Payton Strum, is scheduled to make a similar court appearance Tuesday.
