HOT SPRINGS, SD -
Residents of the southwest South Dakota city of Hot Springs gathered on the one-year anniversary of a woman's disappearance to remember her.
Catherine Tornquist has not been seen since Oct. 4, 2011. Her 26-year-old son, Matthew Tornquist, is accused of killing her. He has pleaded not guilty.
Members of the community got together Thursday night for a candlelight vigil in a local park. Organizer Jacki Lockwood says people who knew Catherine Tornquist are seeking closure.
