Some of sport's most talented athletes will be in Sioux Falls this weekend and we're not talking basketball.
Bull riders will be looking for a big payday this Friday and Saturday at the Expo Building on the W.H. Lyon Fairgrounds. And the riders aren't the only athletes.
“Today's bucking bulls are electric. The bloodline is far and above what anyone would have considered years ago,” rodeo announcer Randy Taylor said. “An old cowboy statement used to be they just don't buck like they used to, well, you can't say that anymore. They have an instinctual desire to jump higher and kick hard and they're very aggressive.”
The event starts Friday and Saturday night at 7:30 p.m.
Tickets are available at the door or in advance at Haegle's Western Wear in Sioux Falls.
