SIOUX FALLS, SD -
A wedding dress fiasco is over for a Slayton, Minnesota bride who is just weeks from saying her vows.
KELOLAND News first introduced you to Jennifer Anderson
January 26. It was less than a month before her wedding but she still hadn't received the gown she ordered through Interlude Bridal Shoppe in Sioux Falls.
The store closed unexpectedly, leaving many brides wondering whether they'd get their gowns.
After our reports aired, the store contacted Anderson and promised she'd receive her dress by February 4th. It did arrive that day, just two weeks before her wedding. She's also since received all seven bridesmaid dresses and the seven pairs of shoes she also ordered through the store.
Since our stories have aired, the South Dakota Attorney General's office has received 42 formal complaints against Interlude Bridal Shoppe owner Tammy Andrews.
The Attorney General's investigation is still ongoing to determine whether charges could be filed.
