With the Sioux Falls texting while driving ban more than a week from taking effect, several billboards around town were telling drivers to put their phones away on Wednesday.
Digital billboards in Sioux Falls flashed a 'No Phone Zone' message. It was part of the national 'No Text On Board Pledge Day.'
Even South Dakota Governor Dennis Daugaard issued a proclamation declaring it a 'no texting and driving day.'
