People are being allowed back into a Sioux Falls bank after they were evacuated for an unknown chemical.
The hazardous materials team was called to the Wells Fargo at 57th Street and Cliff Avenue Thursday morning when an employee found a liquid that was beginning to crystallize.
Officials don't believe the chemical is dangerous so people are being allowed back inside. But crews still don't know what the chemical is or how it got in the bank.
The hazmat team was able to respond quickly to the scene because they were working at a simulated training exercise at a post office when the call came in.
