An investigation has found that a Rapid City man was justified when he shot to death another man in September.
Pennington County States Attorney Glen Brenner says 69-year-old Thomas Wilson acted in self-defense when he shot and killed 21-year-old Dallas Two Bulls at his home in September.
Police say Two Bulls entered the home of Wilson and beat him with a baseball bat before Wilson shot Two Bulls several times. A preliminary autopsy found that Two Bulls died from gunshot wounds.
No charges have been filed against Wilson.
Investigators say Wilson had been drinking with Two Bulls' twin sister prior to the incident, and both Two Bulls and Wilson were intoxicated.
