- President Barack Obama and Democratic leaders are lobbying intensively for historic health care legislation. Ahead of the expected showdown set for Sunday on the House floor, Democratic leaders don't command the 216 votes they need.
- Tiger Woods won't replace AT&T with a new corporate sponsor on his golf bag when he returns at the Masters, instead displaying the Nike "TW" brand. AT&T dropped him as a sponsor amid the scandal over Woods' private life.
- Federal regulators are asking for public comment on a petition by cable, satellite and phone companies that want more say in negotiations with TV broadcasters over programming. The move by the FCC comes after a series of disputes over the fees that cable companies pay broadcasters to transmit their signals.
- User review site Yelp is being sued by several small businesses that claim they've been pressured to advertise on the site in exchange for getting negative reviews squashed. Yelp denies the claims.
