ATS Cares, the philanthropic arm of Adams Thermal Systems in Canton, has pledged $100,000 to the Make Waves Campaign for the Canton Aquatic Center.
“The aquatic center is good for families and for Canton’s economy,” said Mike Adams, CEO of Adams Thermal, a designer and manufacturer of vehicle cooling systems.
“ATS Cares is our method for passing along the blessings that have been afforded to us,” says Adams. “Our goal is to serve people who have needs both locally and around the world,” he added.
ATS Cares also invests in the local community through organizations like Love, Inc, the Canton Ministerial Association and Habitat for Humanity. ATS Cares supports 30 different organizations that are local, regional, national and international in scope.
“We are grateful to ATS Cares and to Mike for this generous gift,” said Dr. Jonathan Toso, General Chair of the Make Waves Campaign. “ATS understands that prosperous communities invest in themselves. Great business leadership helps make great communities.”
“Good for Adams Thermal!” said Helen Rowe, who with her husband Murray serves as Honorary Chair of the Make Waves Campaign. “That is a wonderful gift."
