Fire in an Aberdeen apartment building prompted the evacuation of residents and sent one woman to the hospital.
The fire broke out about 1 a.m. Monday and filled the building with smoke.
Aberdeen Fire and Rescue Battalion Chief Randy Meister says the condition of the woman who was hospitalized was not immediately known.
